Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once they are placed. If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch it before it is in production! Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. For more details, please see our store policies.

All sales are final and are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects. Should a return be accepted, we will provide a return shipping label for a $15 fee for decor and small items. For furniture, lighting, art prints, or other large items, return freight will be the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in original condition to be accepted for a refund. 

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or modified in any way. All pieces are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen, and we ask that you inspect pieces upon receipt. Any damages or defects must be documented and sent to blueprint@blueprintstore.com within 48 hours of receipt.

If a defect is discovered and delivery is refused, images of the package(s) must be provided, along with signed shipment paperwork, to blueprint@blueprintstore.com within 24 hours.

Yes! Add gift wrap at checkout, and we’ll have your order beautifully wrapped and ready to go. This includes our signature Blue Print box, striped tissue paper, and a hand-tied bow. We will also include a personalized gift message if you choose.

Please note that art prints and other large items are not eligible for gift wrap.
