The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the overall development and growth of the e-commerce division of Blue Print. 
  • Drive the strategic vision and execution of our e-commerce division
  • Manage, monitor and analyze sales reports and performance
  • Lead and inspire the e-commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Manage user experience and functionality of our website
  • Optimize web performance and increase sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and successful marketing initiatives
  • Develop and implement a product roadmap, prioritizing user feedback and market trends
  • Manage bridal registry e-commerce processes and credits
  • 3 years proven leadership and history in an e-commerce position
  • 3 years shopify experience or an equivalent POS platform
  • Must have proven leadership and team management skills
  • Must be data driven and will excel in an entrepreneurial-like environment
  • Must have strong knowledge of website infrastructure, analytics platforms, and CMS
  • Must be able to work full time in Dallas, Texas
  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month

Blue Print is looking for a full time Designer Liaison Sales Associate to join our Showroom Team.
  • Work hand in hand with designers and assist with their install needs
  • Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
  • Handle all point-of-sale transactions including invoices, sales and exchanges
  • Communicate effectively in person and via email with designers to determine their needs
  • Provide timely and detail oriented follow up
  • Build relationships with designers and maintain an updated follow up calendar
  • Raise awareness of blue print's unique trade program
  • Manage our partner designer installation schedule
  • Schedule third party pick ups and deliveries
  • Have an active role in all showroom operations such as opening and closing procedures, showroom floor organization and styling
  • Place and track special orders 
  • Manage our upholstery fabric library and special order requests
  • 2 years experience in retail or showroom sales
  • Must be team-oriented
  • Must have experience with point of sale and inventory management systems, microsoft word and excel
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (15 lbs or more) as needed
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Must be able to work full time in Dallas, Texas
  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month

Blue Print is looking for a full time Warehouse & Delivery Associate to join our warehouse team.

This role calls for a hard-working, dependable, and team-oriented individual to move furniture (sofa, chairs, tables, lamps, etc.), art, and other home accessories between Blue Print locations and to deliver such items to customers. Key requirements include the ability to work well with warehouse team members to move bulky, heavy furniture with skill and without personal injury and to provide excellent delivery service to clients. 

Blue Print is an upscale home furnishing boutique and art gallery, with locations in Dallas and Austin. Blue Print values its employee and seeks to promote an environment of kindness and collaboration. 

This position requires working from Blue Print’s 20,000 square foot showroom and warehouse in Dallas’ Design District.  The Warehouse & Delivery Associate is responsible for unloading and unpacking furniture/home accessory shipments from the warehouse dock, inspecting the shipments for damage and carefully storing the inventory received in the warehouse.

The Warehouse & Delivery Associate will coordinate with shipping and receiving to ensure inventory received is tagged and will be required to move and stage inventory between the warehouse, showroom, art gallery and Dallas/Austin store.  The Warehouse & Delivery Associate will be expected to keep the warehouse clean and organized so inventory is protected and easily located for transport. 

Ownership of a valid driver license is required for operation of the company truck.  Warehouse team members will use the company truck to move inventory between Blue Print locations (including day trips to Austin) and deliver inventory purchased to the residences/offices of customers.   

This individual must have the ability to be on their feet for an 8-hour work shift and to lift and move (with the help of warehouse team members) inventory (some items weighing 75 pounds plus).  Overtime help may be required on occasion - for example, when warehouse team members make a day trip to the Austin store.
