MARKETING & PR DIRECTOR, DALLAS
Blue Print is seeking a highly creative and ultra organized Marketing & PR Director who can move seamlessly between strategy, content creation, event planning, project management and execution. This is a salaried position, based at our Dallas offices on Oak Lawn.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all marketing and PR initiatives, including social media presence, events, graphic design, print collateral design, and photography.
- Social Media content creation and community management for both instagram accounts (@blue_print_store and @blue_print_gallery).
- Develop and maintain the annual content calendar, adjusting priorities as needed.
- Coordinate and execute all on-site events, pop ups and art show receptions.
- Maintain and continue to develop Blue Print's brand voice.
- Work collaboratively with the e-commerce, store, showroom, blue print interiors, and art gallery teams. Lead monthly content meetings.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team on promotions, product pushes, email and text campaigns, and website content.
- Meet weekly with the company's Leadership Team to communicate projects and timelines.
- Develop relationships with local and national media, influencers, and other relevant contacts.
- Photograph the store, showroom, and products regularly.
- Manage and execute the photoshoot schedule for email campaigns and product photography.
- 5 + years of marketing & PR or related experience.
- Strong understanding of social media and content creation.
- Graphic design skills are required.
- Photography experience preferred.
- Passionate about creating the best experience for customers.
- Positive and reliable team player with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and follow-through.
- Must be adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- A passion for home decor, furniture & retail. Styling capabilities are a plus.
- Ability to be a self starter and problem solver.
- Must be able to work after hours events.
- Must be able to work 10 Saturdays per year

PART TIME SALES ASSOCIATE, SEASONAL, DALLAS
Blue Print is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive customer-service-minded attitude to work at the Dallas store on Wednesdays, Fridays, 2 Saturdays per month, and additional days as needed. This is an hourly position from September 2026 through December 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Gift wrapping capabilities
- Willingness to learn about products and relay knowledge effectively to customers
- Handle point of sale transactions
- Ability to move furniture with assistance
- Stock and manage inventory
- Assist with all store operations such as opening and closing procedures, store floor organization and styling
- Maintain a clean and organized working environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail and or sales experience
- Computer and technology savvy
- Passionate about working with customers and providing an above and beyond retail experience
- Positive and reliable team player
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment wearing multiple hats

DESIGNER LIASON, DALLAS SHOWROOM
Blue Print is seeking a highly motivated, sales-minded individual with a positive customer-service attitude to work at our Dallas showroom. This is a full-time, in-person position in Dallas, TX. The Designer Liaison will work primarily with interior designers and trade customers, while also helping develop new designer relationships and grow our business.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers and trade customers
- Work hand in hand with designers to assist with product selection, orders and special requests
- Proactively call on and develop relationships with designers to grow our trade business
- Ability to learn about products and relay knowledge effectively to customers
- Handle point of sale transactions
- Handle special orders from start to delivery, ensuring exceptional communication and follow-through
- Rework and restyle the showroom in line with our brand and aesthetic
- Stock and manage inventory
- Assist with all showroom operations
- Represent the Blue Print brand with professionalism, creativity and enthusiasm
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales, showroom, retail, account management or customer service experience
- Experience working with interior designers, architects or other design professionals a plus
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to develop new business
- Confident and comfortable proactively reaching out to and calling on designers
- Computer and technology savvy
- Passionate about working with customers and providing an above-and-beyond sales experience
- Positive and reliable team player
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while wearing multiple hats
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- A passion for home decor, furniture and retail
- Strong visual sense and an eye for design and merchandising

- Interior design or related design background a plus
