E-Gift Card Policies

How do I use my Blue Print e-gift card?

E-gift cards can be redeemed online at blueprintstore.com. Just apply your e-gift card code at checkout!

Please note that e-gift cards are for online shopping only and may not be redeemed at our stores.

When will my e-gift card arrive?

E-gift cards are delivered by email to you (the purchaser) after checkout. Simply forward it to the lucky recipient when the time is right! After you place the order, your e-gift card will arrive in your inbox within 12 hours (but typically much faster!).

Still waiting to receive your e-gift card? Locate your order confirmation email and select the blue “view your order” button. On the order confirmation webpage, select “resend gift cards” and voilà! How do I check my e-gift card balance?

Your e-gift card balance can be found via the unique link on your e-gift card email.

Still need help? Call (469.793.6901) or email us (blueprint@blueprintstore.com) with your e-gift card code and we’ll update you on your card’s balance. We’re online Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm CST.

When will my e-gift card expire?

E-gift cards expire 5 years after the date of issuance.

Can I buy a gift card in person?

E-gift cards are exclusively available for purchase on our website and may only be redeemed for online orders at blueprintstore.com.

Still want to shop in person? Stop by our Austin or Dallas stores to purchase a physical Blue Print store gift card. Please note that physical store gift cards are for in-store shopping only and may not be redeemed online at blueprintstore.com.

Can you send me a physical e-gift card for in person gifting?

At this time, we are not able to send physical e-gift cards for in-person gifting. E-gift cards are conveniently delivered straight to the purchaser's inbox for easy, immediate gifting.

Can I return an e-gift card?

Our e-gift cards are not refundable.

What if I don’t use my whole e-gift card?

The remaining balance will live on your existing e-gift card and can be used toward any future online purchase at blueprintstore.com.

Do you offer bulk or corporate e-gift card orders?

We sure do! If you’d like to purchase e-gift cards in quantities greater than 10, send an email to blueprint@blueprintstore.com, and we’ll get you set up.

Can I order gift cards in denominations other than offered on the site?

Sure! Please email us at blueprint@blueprintstore.com if you’d like to purchase an e-gift card over $1,000.
