STORE MANAGER, AUSTIN

Blue Print is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with an eye for design and a positive attitude to lead our team as Store Manager in Austin.

 Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team in executing daily, weekly and monthly goals

  • Day to day management of sales associates

  • Run and provide sales reporting on a monthly basis

  • Stock and manage inventory

  • Lead all store operations such as opening and closing procedures, showroom floor organization and styling

  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment in the store

  • Provide friendly and welcoming customer service

  • Willingness to learn about all products and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers

  • Process point-of-sale transactions

Qualifications

  • Previous retail and or sales management experience

  • Adept in technology

  • Passionate about working with customers and providing an above and beyond retail experience

  • Ability to adapt quickly and jump in as needed

  • Positive and reliable team player

  • Excellent interpersonal, conversational, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a faced paced environment wearing multiple hats

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

  • A passion for home decor, furniture & retail

  • Ability to be a self starter and problem solver

  • Must be able to work two Saturdays per month and events

ECOMMERCE FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE

Blue Print is seeking a highly motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our Ecommerce team.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship ecommerce orders

  • Transfer orders to the store for customer pick up

  • Manage and organize ecommerce inventory

  • Complete inventory transfers and communicate with cross-functional teams

  • Assist with customer service for ecommerce orders

  • Willingness to learn about all products and relay knowledge effectively with customers 

  • Manage and order supplies needed to pack ecommerce orders

  • Communicate order fulfillment status details with team members 

  • Willingness to take initiative and eager to learn

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work full time

  • Must be able to work one Saturday per month

  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment

  • Must be a reliable team member 

  • Must have strong communication skills 

  • Must have strong organizational skills

  • Must be proficient in technology
