we sure do spy a lot of our favorite blue print items (and artists!) throughout this beautiful beach casa.  can you spot them?  our parent firm, collins interiors, recently dressed a new beach house from head-to-toe {perfectly pedicured coral toes, of course!}.  side tables, coffee tables, lamps, bowls, decorative jars, pillows and original artwork all made their way from dallas to watercolor, florida just in time for the summer sun.  designers, cynthia collins & jordan glasgow, say “light floods the house at all parts of the day so it was important to keep everything bright and clean — blue print helped us achieve the look without a doubt!”  the home was designed around a large, active family with plenty of friends ta’ boot!  “the home needed to accommodate all age groups and wet bathing suits alike” says glasgow.  big pat on the back girls — we adore seeing blue print things find their way into new homes — especially new colorful beach homes!

the blue crew gathered at bp owner’s, carrie jane pogoloff, home for an impromptu {and very belated} bridal shower celebration for our dear manager, lisa wardlaw.  carrie jane has got. it. going. on. in the entertaining department.  we were greeted with champagne flutes dancing with pomegranate seeds and swept away with the set table complete with her signature kelley green china she purchased in england on one of her recent buying trips.  carrie jane suggests serving “easy family-style salads for large groupings of gals — but the key is to serve them on platters rather than in large bowls.”  genius.  her salads look much more official, don’t you think?  earn important presentation points with your own crew and serve up a platter or two!
